Good 'N Plenty Baked Corn

 

2 -3 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 c. milk
1 T. sugar
1 T. cornstarch

 

3 egg yolks beaten
1 T. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
3 egg whites beaten

 

Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add to beaten egg yolks. Add salt, milk and corn. Fold in egg whites last. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Keep covered first 30 minutes; brown last 15 minutes.
