2 ½-3 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 c. milk
1 T. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
3 egg yolks beaten
1 T. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
3 egg whites beaten
Mix sugar and cornstarch
together. Add to beaten egg yolks. Add salt, milk and corn. Fold in egg
whites last. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Keep covered first 30 minutes;
brown last 15 minutes.
